Her goal? Not only to contribute to a more secure digital future, but also to help people grow in roles where they really come into their own.

Romy has more than six years of experience in technical recruitment and has strengthened Nova Select as a partner since January 2025. With her commercial drive and strategic approach, she knows how to connect the right professionals with organizations. Her focus is on optimizing processes and building long-term relationships. Romy creates solutions that really work, by understanding and matching both the needs of organizations and professionals.
